The Staufix Siphon backwater valve with DN 50 nominal size provides protection for individual drainage points such as washbasins, showers, or washing machines in rooms below the backwater level. It installs in drain fittings and is available as a siphon for washbasins and with an inlet funnel for heating system emergency overflow.
The standard-compliant sizing ensures compatibility in existing installations regardless of manufacturer. The valve features tool-free maintenance through a quick-release closure, making cleaning and upkeep convenient. The Staufix Siphon Ø 50 represents the first standard-compliant backwater valve according to EN 13564 Type 5.
