The EasyClean ground Standard grease separator is the basic version of the EasyClean ground series, designed for underground installation outside buildings—beneath traffic areas and other exterior locations where interior installation is impractical or unwanted. Odour-tight domed covers require manual opening for emptying and cleaning; extraction and rinsing are performed manually, preferably using hot water through maintenance openings.
The separator is available for load classes A/B and D in nominal sizes NS 1 to NS 10, making it suitable for most hospitality businesses including restaurants and hotels. Custom solutions are also available for specific requirements and unique installation scenarios.
Key features include telescopic polymer upper sections that allow variable installation depths, continuous ground-level adaptation, and settling compensation. The optional SonicControl system provides automatic ultrasound-based layer thickness measurement, monitoring grease temperature and thickness to enable verification of actual grease production and optimized disposal scheduling. The polyethylene construction is 100% corrosion-free and resistant to aggressive fatty acids, backed by a 20-year warranty covering leak-tightness, fitness for purpose, and structural stability.
The residual outlet value is approximately 300 mg/L of lipophilic materials. Where municipalities mandate limit values below 300 mg/L, BIFENA biological treatment is required. Material: Polyethylene.
