The EasyOil ground is available as a Class II oil/fuel separator, in nominal sizes NS 1.5 to NS 20 for underground installation. It is designed to effectively separate light liquids such as mineral oils and fuels from wastewater before discharge to sewer systems or water bodies.
The EasyOil ground features a self-actuated emergency brake (closure lock/leak barrier) that prevents light liquid leakage into sewer pipes. The vertically adjustable upper section is continuously height-adjustable and tiltable by 5° for precise adaptation to ground level. The separator is constructed from polyethylene, which offers resistance to bioethanol (E10) and biodiesel, and comes with a 20-year warranty on the polyethylene tank.
Optional SonicControl ultrasonic monitoring provides automatic layer thickness measurement of oil and sludge. The EasyOil ground is the first polymer coalescence and oil/fuel separator series with national technical approval (Germany).
