Only one single chamber is needed with this complete solution, which is shared with the grease separator, sampling chamber and pumping station: The EasyClean ground Multi is the convenient combination for underground installations. This means that the entire system can be designed and installed as a whole. This procedure plus the system setup with only one tank not only saves time and effort, but also costs. In addition, the separator is groundwater resistant and buoyant to the top of the tank due to its stable construction.
The EasyClean ground Multi grease separator is available for load classes A/B and in nominal sizes NS 4, NS 7 and NS 10. The SonicControl layer thickness measuring device for greases and light liquids is available as an optional accessory used to monitor and optimise the disposal cycles of the separator.
Grease separators for underground installation are used wherever installation inside a building is not possible or desired. The separator is then installed outside the building—for example, under traffic areas—to save space. The Multi version is particularly practical, as it combines the grease separator, sampling device, and pumping station in a single container.
Thanks to its high groundwater resistance, the EasyClean ground Multi tank provides structural reliability even with high groundwater levels. The rib construction provides excellent stability underground – ideal for long-lasting and reliable use in demanding conditions.
Our grease separators in load class B do not require any structural measures. A reinforced concrete slab is only required for load distribution from load class D 400, but it can also be constructed from a special combination of a binding agent layer and asphalt. This saves time and money.
Only the handy 600 mm cover needs to be opened for in-house checks and the visual inspection of all important components as well as for taking wastewater samples. All relevant areas are therefore easily visible and readily accessible – for fast, safe and maintenance-friendly checks.
The pumps can be removed effortlessly from the tank for maintenance work. A second chamber ring can be used to increase the access opening to 800 mm if required – this enables convenient, safe access and greatly simplifies the service.
