The Practicus basement drain is made of polymer and is suitable for floor slab installation. The upper section with slotted grating is vertically adjustable, allowing installation flexibility between 20 and 76 mm of vertical adjustment and an installation depth range of 221–277 mm. The drain body is manufactured from PP, with a square polymer upper section and a black polymer slotted cover (138 × 138 mm) rated to load class K 3 per EN 1253-1. The unit complies with EN 1253-2 and includes an integrated odour trap. The discharge rate is 1 l/s at a 10 mm threshold and 2 l/s at a 20 mm threshold, making it well-suited for residential basement floor drainage applications.
